Cosmetic Regulatory Specialist - Global Compliance Expert

Arthur Edward is a leading recruitment agency in the beauty, personal care, and FMCG industry. We are seeking a Cosmetic Regulatory Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for a regulatory professional with a strong understanding of cosmetic regulations, eager to bridge the worlds of compliance and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the technical team to ensure regulations are fully integrated into the platform
  • Navigate complex regulations across various global markets and verticals
  • Leverage your strong data skills to analyse and implement regulatory information
  • Spearhead the company's marketing efforts, creating and delivering engaging, informative content
  • Confidently present in person and on camera to clients and a wider audience
  • Lead a small team by example, maintaining a hands-on approach

You will bring to the role a BSc in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or a relevant subject, and a strong understanding of cosmetic regulations. This is a hybrid role; 2 days a week at home and 3 in the central London office.
