About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our civil/commercial litigation team, you will play a crucial role in handling various civil litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court and provide expert legal advice throughout the litigation process
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings
  • Attend court hearings and manage your own caseload
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Experience in handling civil litigation cases, preferably in areas such as company and shareholder disputes, consumer disputes, inheritance and probate disputes, partnership disputes, intellectual property disputes, contract disputes, and general civil disputes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
