We are seeking an experienced Human Factors Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a Human Factors Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of the HS2 project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ergonomics and human factors, with experience working in a safety-critical industry. You will be responsible for managing multiple contractors and their deliverables across different work packages, ensuring they meet the HS2 specification and requirements with respect to ergonomics.

In this role, you will lead the integration of ergonomics into contracts where required, contract manage and accept delivery of activity by expert technical consultants, and provide technical expertise to HS2 and external stakeholders. You will also support the Head of Ergonomics in providing assurance for ergonomics to HS2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple contractors and their deliverables
  • Lead ergonomics integration into contracts
  • Contract manage and accept delivery of activity
  • Provide technical expertise to HS2 and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong background in ergonomics and human factors
  • Experience working in a safety-critical industry
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports and strategic-level documents

Salary: £75,000 - £94,560 per annum (dependent on location)
