Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with line management to build capabilities and manage talent, ensuring a high-performing workforce that drives business success.
  • Lead workforce planning and support recruitment efforts, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and interpret people analytics to propose data-driven solutions, driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and drive positive outcomes.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations, with a focus on maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to inspire change, with a passion for driving business success and improving processes.
