Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Associate to join our team at LaSalle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and be able to work collaboratively with our Global Marketing & Communications team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic events program aligned with LaSalle's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and create LaSalle-owned events to increase engagement with targeted audiences.
  • Assess and organize sponsorship of key industry events, evaluating new opportunities for higher-impact brand recognition and strengthening existing partnerships with priority media outlets and industry bodies.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for both virtual and in-person events such as conferences, seminars, and webinars.
  • Own event schedules and campaign plans, budgets, invoice management, vendor selection, venue selection, and catering.
  • Project manage event promotion, including invitations, microsites, registration pages, email campaigns, and social media activity, in collaboration with the M&C team.
  • Assist M&C leads with event agenda development.
  • Manage LaSalle delegations, ensuring internal colleagues are aligned on deliverables, keep to deadlines, and aware of logistical information.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in event management, preferably in the financial services or real estate industry.
  • A confident, self-starter with an ability to drive events through to completion, adhering to budgets and deadlines.
  • Experience in project management and actively collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in event management software and familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel occasionally, as required.
