Electrical Field Service Engineer - Pharmaceutical Equipment

CV-Library is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Liverpool area. As an Electrical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customer sites globally to assist with preventative maintenance, commissioning/installations, IQ/OQ, or emergency call-out visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend customers' facilities to carry out installations and IQ/OQ.
  2. Assist with commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance tasks at customer facilities.
  4. Collaborate with the EC&I team on project field wiring/testing/build when not on-site.
  5. Respond to emergency breakdown call-out visits.
  6. Ensure compliance with the company's Environmental Health & Safety Policy and ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System.

Requirements:

  1. Degree qualification in electrical engineering or similar.
  2. Knowledge of Siemens HMI/PLCs (Siemens 7 & RS logic).
  3. Familiarity with CAD software.
  4. Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry (desirable).
  5. Excellent customer care skills and ability to develop long-standing customer relationships.

Benefits:

Salary dependent on experience, likely £45k-£50k.

Daily allowance while off-site £50 a day, OVT 1.5 Monday to Saturday, x2 for a Sunday.

Income protection, EAP (doctors app, mental health support & general wellbeing).

4% Employer & 4% employee - Legal & General.

Death in Service (x4).

Monday-Friday standard hours.
