Drama Instructor

Job Title: Drama Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Drama Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and inspiring drama lessons to students in KS3-KS4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver drama lessons that encourage students to develop their creativity, confidence, and communication skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as required.
• Contribute to the development of the drama curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the drama department and across the school to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching and learning.

Requirements:

• A degree in drama or a related subject.
• Qualified teacher status (QTS).
• Experience teaching drama at KS3-4.
• A passion for drama and theatre, and a commitment to inspiring and engaging students in this subject.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships with students.
