Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting structural analyses and assessments for decommissioning projects
  • Utilizing SESAM software to perform structural engineering tasks
  • Planning and executing platform removal operations
  • Preparing detailed engineering reports and technical documentation
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Providing technical support during the execution of offshore decommissioning works
  • Participating in risk assessment and mitigation planning for decommissioning activities
Requirements
  • Experience in offshore structural engineering within the oil and gas sector
  • Understanding of decommissioning processes and platform removal
  • Proficiency in using SESAM software for structural analysis
  • Knowledge of T&I (Transportation and Installation)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in DNVGL SESAM Suite, USFOS, ANSYS, SACS, STAAD software
  • Demonstrable experience in design/analysis of removing structures in an offshore environment
