Electronics Field Service Engineer

Join a leading laboratory equipment manufacturer as an Electronics Field Service Engineer, responsible for the installation, repair, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain a wide range of laboratory imaging systems, including pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.
  • Support imaging products located at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide expert advice on system maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity, preferably in high-value capital equipment environments.
  • Strong technical background in electronics, engineering, or a related science-based subject, with a minimum of ONC level qualification.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
