About the Role:

As a Clinical Service Manager - Optics at Specsavers Aberystwyth, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that each customer receives a consistent quality handover.

You will work closely with our Optometrists to manage aftersales service, including complaints and problem solving, in a customer-focused 'can-do' manner.
