Mccann Manchester is a creative agency that's a little different. We're a team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to creating great work. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and help us achieve our annual growth objectives.

The Role

We're seeking a creative, driven, and enthusiastic Marketing Manager with a growth mindset to lead and manage all our content creation and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling our business and be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan that aligns with our growth targets, focus sectors, and key capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a marketing and content plan to support the agency's annual growth plans and objectives
  • Work with Business Development Directors to create tailored content that aligns with our audiences (prospects/brands/intermediaries)
  • Manage the creation of various marketing assets/materials, from videos and podcasts to newsletters and social media content
  • Coordinate with PR and Comms to ensure a consistent message across all touchpoints
  • Manage budgets and timelines to keep projects on track
  • Stay current with industry trends to keep our marketing and content cutting-edge
  • Manage the CRM for client and prospect data, engagement, and measurement
Requirements
  • Previous experience in PR, Marketing, or Communications preferably within an agency environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey marketing messages
  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Sharp eye for detail and can work to deadlines
  • Strong research skills – lateral thinking and internet savvy
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms
  • Dynamic with a creative flair
  • Personable and able to build relationships quickly
  • Full Driving Licence is essential
