Job Title: Clinical Nurse Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Team Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a Clinical Nurse Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensure the provision of high-quality care.
  • Ensure high-quality individualized person-centered care.
  • Ensure the effective supervision and development of staff.
  • Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achieving their planned outcomes.
  • Act as the lead nurse in the assessment, implementation of care through to point of discharge.
  • Take charge of the clinical area.
  • Supervise junior staff in carrying out their care plans.
  • Adept a flexible approach to hours of duty, in order to meet the needs of the service.
  • Work according with the NMC code of conduct and relevant professional guidelines as a named nurse or key worker for patients.
About the Hospital:

Our client offers specialist care to children and younger people who have mental health needs, provided in a beautiful manor house. The service has three separate units and can cater to those who have an eating disorder, complex conditions or who require PICU services.

There is an onsite school which covers Key Stage 3 through to A-Levels.
