We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Certas Energy UK Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in the efficient collection, control, and administration of monies owed to the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the efficient collection of monies owed to the Company within agreed credit terms.
- Monitor customer complaints and secure resolutions with relevant departments.
- Handle customer financial details in a confidential manner, adhering to agreed finance processes.
- Process and monitor returned payments, reporting bounced payments to credit insurers within policy guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Credit Control or a related field is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
