**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Cabin Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in the maintenance and repair of aircraft cabins.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. **Direct Contract Staff:** Effectively manage and direct contract staff, ensuring they are well-informed and work within quality system guidelines.
  2. **Aircraft Towing Operations:** Manage aircraft towing operations and maintain company assets in top condition.
  3. **Progress Reports:** Provide daily progress reports and participate in meetings to communicate project statuses.
  4. **Additional Duties:** Undertake additional duties as required by Shift Supervisors, Hangar Manager, or Head of Maintenance.
Technical Requirements:
  1. **Technical Data Standards:** Uphold the latest technical data standards in all maintenance work.
  2. **Quality of Work:** Guarantee the highest quality of work, meeting and exceeding regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. **Proven Experience:** Proven experience in a similar role within the aircraft maintenance industry.
  2. **Aircraft Mechanic Apprenticeship:** Completion of a recognized aircraft mechanic apprenticeship.
  3. **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in general computer use.
  4. **Driving License:** Possession of a full, clean UK Driving Licence.
  5. **Training and Assessments:** Participation in mandatory training and assessments relevant to your role.
