Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at YourRecruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting the management of our brands with a focus on our top client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales operation of all brands with our top client, with strategic development and management of existing accounts.
- Maximise sales of all brands via the client through careful planning and strategy.
- Utilise sales and show analysis to meet sales targets and strive to exceed these by maximising and creating opportunities.
- Effectively plan stock and consumables necessary to fulfil orders.
- Proactively communicate with the client through all channels.
- Manage vendor web for all brands.
- Evaluate and implement plans and strategies to meet customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of the beauty industry.
