Electricity Network Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electricity Network Manager to join our team at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks. As an Electricity Network Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient performance and reliability of our network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Network Integrity Manager in planning and completing works associated with system faults, asset defects, and reactive works for a sub-regional area or specific risk to the network's integrity and performance.

You will work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of works, and will be responsible for developing, coaching, and motivating staff to make commercially sound decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of LV, 11kV, and EHV Electrical Power Systems, and will hold or be holding operational authorisations up to 33kV SAP. Travel is required, and a current driving licence is essential.
