Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily reservations checks from various platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Verify and update reservations, including back-ups, comments, and payments, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and manage OTA commissions to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Submit weekly commissions on Fastcom to ensure timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Update trackers on a daily basis to monitor key performance indicators, such as no-shows, cancellations, and other important metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of hotel rooms and events to effectively handle initial inquiries and provide expert advice.
  • Organize and deliver hotel show arounds to promote the sale of accommodation and meeting space.
  • Support group bookings from start to finish, collaborating with other departments as needed to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding accommodation and meeting and events.
  • Coordinate events, including corporate bookings, private functions, and weddings, to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Arrange and conduct hotel show arounds to promote the sale of accommodation and/or meeting space.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for future business.
  • Provide detailed function plans to hotel operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the in-house reservations system.
  • Respond to booking inquiries in a timely and professional manner to secure bookings and ensure guest satisfaction.
