About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insight Analyst to join our team at SF Technology Solutions. As an Insight Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with business areas to design key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests and prioritize completion.
  • Develop and maintain advanced SQL/SSRS/SSIS skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and experience with Salesforce.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced SQL/SSRS/SSIS skills.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Experience with Salesforce.
