Job Description:

This role would suit someone who has experience supporting complex needs in younger adults. Our client attends university and requires assistance with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility. He values independence and dignity, and we require our candidate to be patient, proactive, and willing to engage in social activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex care needs
  • Ability to drive and have access to reliable transport
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

This permanent 5-day placement offers a competitive salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career development.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 per annum
