Ecolab, a world leader in separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Project Quality Lead to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to lead the creation of the Project Quality plan for a major capital project worth over £50M. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in a global regulated environment and a sound understanding of quality system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of the Project Quality plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Review and approve all engineering-generated project documents, including User Requirement Specifications, Validation Execution Plans, Trace Matrices, Qualification protocols, etc.
  • Work closely with process engineers and 3rd party engineers to provide quality input and decisions into the design of the facility.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality risk assessment strategy for the project.
  • Establish and report on quality metrics for the project.
  • Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders and ensure documents are approved on time by Quality management.

Requirements

  • A scientific degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in a global regulated environment with a sound understanding of quality system requirements.
  • Experience with equipment, process, and/or cleaning validation.
  • Experience of working in several roles within quality.
  • Software and technical skills, including Microsoft Office applications and electronic QMS software.
  • Confident and flexible working attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and deadlines.
