Contract Personnel Limited is seeking a skilled General Farm Worker to join their team at a well-established client site.
The successful candidate will report to the Farm Manager and be responsible for maintaining and improving the high level of poultry welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve poultry welfare to ensure the highest standards are met.
- Ensure all farm bio-security guidance is followed, adhering to site-specific procedures.
- Assist in achieving target weights and mortalities.
- Work to a high health and safety standard, reporting any concerns or ideas for improvement to the site manager.
- Produce accurate and up-to-date records to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with farm staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Monitor stock control of farm supplies and report any shortages to the site manager.
- Work in a positive and professional manner with colleagues.
- Perform other tasks related to poultry farming as required by the company.
Requirements:
- Full induction and on-site training provided, no prior experience necessary.
- Poultry Passport required.
