Portfolio Payroll is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and processing of client payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, and maintaining payroll records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process client payrolls on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to payroll queries from clients and employees, providing clear and concise information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Support the payroll team with ad hoc administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
