Solderer Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hand Soldering Technician to join our team at Mansell Recruitment Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Build PCB assemblies to IPC610 class 2 standard by hand-soldering thru-hole components and complete component fit and crop.
  
• Follow PCB cleaning processes.
  
• Ensure all work is completed to specified levels of acceptable workmanship.
  
• Follow Company procedures and work instructions at all times.
  
• Undertake all provided training.
  
• Adhere to the Health and Safety requirements and regulations.
  
• Adhere to the Company IT and Data policy.
  
• Comply with the statutory requirements and regulations and Company requirements.
  
• Carry out any other reasonable request which is for the benefit of the business.
  
• Assist in the training of team members ensuring best practice standards are maintained.
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• General secondary education.
  
• Experience in PCB production processes.
  
• Some hand soldering experience.
  
• IPC 610 class 2 standard certification advantageous.
  
• Use of fine tools and microscopes advantageous.
  
• Computer literate.
  

Benefits:

• Starting Salary of £22,224.20.
  
• Monday - Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00.
  
• Friday: 08:30 – 15:30.
  
• Bonus/Company Profit Sharing Scheme offered twice a year.
