About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at Equiniti. As a key member of our complaints management service, you will play a vital role in providing timely and accurate responses to complaints from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complaints from Members, Representatives, Actuaries, Trustees, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), and The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO)
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders using your knowledge and understanding of complaints handling, pensions, and related issues
  • Contribute to the quality and compliance process
  • Complete targeted work to the required level of accuracy
  • Work well within teams and support colleagues
  • Communicate professionally in both written and oral forms
  • Identify your own training needs

Requirements

  • Complaint handling experience
  • Numerate, articulate, excellent attention to detail, good grammatical skills, and able to present complex information in plain English
  • Experience of dealing with stakeholder groups/external organisations
  • Analytical thinker with an enquiring mind

Desirable

  • Pensions experience
  • A good working knowledge of pensions administration software
