About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Estimator to join our team in Hertfordshire, responsible for leading the estimating and pre-construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the estimating and pre-construction team in preparing high-quality estimates for a range of projects.
  • To conduct thorough cost analysis, ensuring accuracy and complete tenders.
  • To secure profitable projects for the business's short and long-term workload requirements.
Requirements
  • A degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ideal experience of estimating software packages and take-off software.
  • Prior experience of general contracting, including new build, fit out, internal and external refurbishment, cut and carve, and all methods of construction.
