Programme Coordinator, Doctoral STEM Education

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate at the Venture Science Doctorate (VSD). As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering and developing our innovative programme.
The VSD is a ground-breaking 3-year, fully-accredited PhD programme focused on solving global challenges in health and climate through science-driven entrepreneurship. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of specialists in science commercialisation and engage with a vast network of partners and funders.
About the RoleAs an Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the VSD programme, aligned with accreditor requirements and high educational standards. You'll develop and implement innovative course management and assessment systems, ensuring seamless experiences for students and feedback givers.
You'll also maintain effective communication with accreditors, students, facilitators, and other stakeholders, fostering a successful learning environment. Additionally, you'll coordinate live sessions, document student work, and plan in-person learning experiences.
Responsibilities:- Programme Delivery: Deliver the VSD programme in line with accreditor requirements and high educational standards;
- Course Management: Develop and implement innovative course management systems;
- Assessment Systems & Processes: Implement innovative assessment approaches for student evaluation and feedback;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with accreditors, students, facilitators, and other stakeholders;
- Session Coordination: Coordinate live sessions with co-facilitators and guest experts;
- Documentation and Accreditation: Document student work and activities for accreditation purposes;
- Event Planning & Management: Plan and execute in-person learning experiences.
