Role: Communications Lead

Location: Hybrid - 2/3 days per week on-site

Duration: 12 Months

Day rate: Negotiable

  1. Develop and execute stakeholder management strategies and plans, supporting programme team members in stakeholder engagement activities.
  2. Develop and execute communications strategies and plans, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop innovative and engaging communication materials and campaigns.
  2. Plan and coordinate communication and engagement campaigns and events to generate awareness, build momentum, and celebrate programme milestones.
  3. Lead the creation and production of materials, such as newsletters, presentations, videos, and infographics, to convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.
  4. Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Requirements:
  1. Significant communications experience and communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively.
  2. Strategic thinking to align communication strategies with programme objectives.
  3. Ability to tailor communication approaches to diverse audiences recognising cultural sensitivity.
  4. Proficiency in planning, executing, and evaluating campaigns.
  5. Comfortable with using various communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, and multimedia production tools.
