About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Bionic Services Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our employees across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions to resolve them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst who possesses excellent technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in Service Desk Roles with clear progression.
  • Experience of supporting Windows 10/11 and O365 suite.
  • Experience supporting macOS.
  • Apple iPad & iPhone knowledge.
  • Active Directory administration.
  • Desktop and laptop hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience within a sales environment advantageous.
  • MFD support including 'follow me' printing.
  • Microsoft Teams support.
  • Mimecast.
  • Worked in a cyber security aware environment.
  • Service Desk management technologies.
