About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Science Activity Instructor to join our team at Bright Sparks Science. As a Science Activity Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering fun and engaging science activities to children aged 5-11 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver science activities to groups of children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Plan and prepare science experiments and activities, adapting to the needs and abilities of the children.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and successful camp experience.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working with children, preferably in a science-related setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality service, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
