We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Volunteer Retail Coordinator to join our Highgate shop team. As a Volunteer Retail Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the shop, including managing stock, processing sales, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills and experience in retail management. You will be working closely with our shop team to ensure that the shop runs efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

As a Volunteer Retail Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about giving second-hand clothing a chance of going to a good home. Our shop teams are key to raising vital funds for our work and act as incredible advocates for the rights of children both in the UK and around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing stock levels and processing sales
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and store displays
  • Working closely with the shop team to ensure efficient operations
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and store promotions
