Job SummaryThis is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional to play a key role in the accounts department of a dynamic and growing company. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for banking duties, including reconciliations, processing customer payments, and managing the purchase and sales ledger.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
- Process customer payments and manage the sales ledger
- Manage the purchase ledger and process invoices
- Assist with the completion of management accounts
- Perform other accounting duties as required
- At least 2 years' experience in a busy accounts office or administrative position
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Sage or Xero accounting software
- ATI Qualified (preference or qualified by experience)
- TSS Customs experience
