About the Role
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with epilepsy and learning disabilities
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence
- Work collaboratively with our Care Coordinators and Nurse Managers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Access online and classroom training to develop your skills and knowledge in specific complex care needs
- Have the opportunity to work with multiple clients, providing flexible and adaptable care
