Drive Revenue Growth as Senior Sales Director

About the Role
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in Central Europe.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies and execute plans that deliver results.
  • Engage with large JSM customers and prospects to drive revenue growth and success.
What You'll Do
  1. Sales Leadership: Drive exceptional sales growth through successful leadership, organisation building, customer and prospect engagement, and highly effective planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management. Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the territory, including funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
  3. Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of front line managers and Solution Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets for Jira Service Management in the Central European market. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  4. Customer Engagement: Engage effectively with large Jira Service Management customers and prospects to drive revenue growth and success.
  5. Co-Selling Motion: Team with the Core Account Executives org on optimising the co-selling motion and building pipeline.
  6. Business Cadence: Drive business cadence for business reviews, forecast calls, customer account/deal reviews, regular team leadership, and functional/company-wide events.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in 2nd line Sales Management position.
  • Empathetic leadership, passionate learner, who values diversity and thrives in a high growth, continuously changing environment.
Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health coverage, paid volunteer days, wellness resources, and more.
