Electrical Design Engineer - Vision Technology

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at Humand Talent. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of technology by designing and developing innovative electrical control systems for industrial automation and machine vision systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical control systems for industrial automation and machine vision systems.
  • Collaborate with the Applications Engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the design team to create architectural diagrams and schematics.
  • Select components that drive the future of automation systems.
  • Ensure designs adhere to international standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD Electrical or similar software.
  • Solid understanding of electrical control gear and industrial automation.
  • Experience in designing and creating electrical panel layouts.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (2.1 or above).
  • Knowledge of robotics and PLC controls.
  • Clean and full UK driving licence.
