We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Performance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various tests and experiments to evaluate the performance and safety of our autonomous vehicle systems. Your main focus will be on test execution, data collection, and analysis, working closely with the development team to identify issues and propose improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product testing, preferably in an automotive or autonomous vehicle context. A strong understanding of testing methodologies and practices is essential. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation is also required. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary to work independently and effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a competitive salary, hybrid and/or flexible work arrangements, private medical insurance, critical illness coverage, life assurance, employee assistance programme, and group income protection. Additionally, we offer a salary exchange pension plan, 25 days annual leave plus 8 UK bank holidays, and a £2,000 per year flexible benefits fund.
