About the Role

TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation to deliver an exciting new project in the social housing sector. We are seeking skilled Multi Traders to join an expanding team, working on a long-term contract.

Main Responsibilities
  • Utilise a handheld device to inspect jobs and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades-related repair requests.
  • Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  • Conduct responsive maintenance and void property maintenance.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards.
  • Undertake all work efficiently and cost-effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible, and report any difficulties to the Resource Controller and/or Supervisor.
Requirements
  • NVQ trade qualification(s)
  • Multi trade experience
  • Full current driving licence
  • A DBS check is required before commencement of the role
Working Hours and Pay

Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. £180 Per day (CIS). Van and tools required.
