We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Rhodes Wood Hospital, providing care for children and young people aged 8-18 years with eating disorders.
As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored treatment programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to patients with eating disorders, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the treatment team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy eating habits and coping strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration.
- Strong team-working skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach to work.
- A positive attitude and a natural ability to connect with patients and their families.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting evidence-based practice.
