Sytner BMW Chigwell is seeking a Business Manager to join their team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Finance & Insurance department. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring that every customer has a clear understanding of their obligations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all sales activities are conducted with integrity and fairness.

About You

We are looking for a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding. You will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front, inspiring your colleagues to excel and drive sales performance forward. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
