Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Change & Technology department on a full-time, permanent basis.
As part of our business transformation, we are modernizing our systems and processes to support our growth strategy and achieve our commercial ambitions. Our Project Office team plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Assist in planning, coordinating resources, and monitoring project progress to achieve objectives.
- Maintain project momentum and ensure deliverables align with organizational goals, contributing to the overall success of the change projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders and team members to gather project requirements, provide regular updates, and support the resolution of issues.
- Manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Prior experience guiding diverse teams through project lifecycles.
- Experience coaching and mentoring cross-functional project teams.
- Proven track record in successful delivery of customer-focused projects.
- Ability to facilitate project delivery using structured and adaptable methodologies.
- Commercial experience with a track record of delivering projects.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Asana.
