Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plant Manager to lead our team in Bangor.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the efficient running of our workshop, including maximizing plant availability, allocating workload, and ensuring equipment maintenance. As a Senior Plant Manager, you will also develop and manage your team to maximize performance and ensure the health and safety of all employees.

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a senior plant mechanic or fitter with relevant qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to develop and manage teams within a fast-paced workshop environment
  • A valid driving license is essential

  • Able to work effectively under pressure
