Cover Supervisor Trainee is an exciting opportunity to work with Vision for Education in Cambridge.

The Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading lessons of approximately 30 pupils in the absence of the class teacher. Your role will involve covering classes across various secondary school subjects, facilitating the class's learning, managing classroom behaviour, recording accurate registers, and providing a handover to the absent teacher.

This is an excellent chance to gain experience working within a Secondary school prior to applying for Initial Teacher Training. Although previous experience is desirable, it is not essential.

As a successful Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build a strong foundation for future teaching roles.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £550 - £600 per week, dependent on experience and qualifications.
