Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
  • Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol policies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and feedback.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
  • Basic maths skills for handling payments and making change accurately.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A passion for the kitchen and understanding of food preparation processes is an advantage.


Earn a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
