Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supporting the production machinery and ensuring the smooth operation of our factory.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the production machinery through reactive, trouble-shooting and repair tasks, planned preventative maintenance, projects, new installations and refurbishments.
- Work collaboratively with a team of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to achieve maintenance goals.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs and replacements of equipment and machinery.
- Identify and report any maintenance-related issues or concerns to the maintenance team leader.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Completed a recognized engineering apprenticeship in Electrical or Multi Skilled Engineering.
- Background and experience in maintenance or service work or similar environment, manufacturing or industrial.
- Electrical Maintenance or Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer background.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors, packaging, bearings, belts, 3 phase, motors, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, pneumatics, hydraulics, belts, bearings, chains, gears, pumps, etc.
- Friendly and adaptable working attitude.
- Proactive work attitude and keen to get your hands dirty.
- A competitive salary of £46,000 - £49,000 per annum, depending on experience.
