Kitchen Supervisor

At HC-One, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our Residents. As an Assistant Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Residents receive healthy and nutritious meals.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and expertise in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. You should also possess excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and a natural flair for cooking.

1. Cook and serve healthy meals to our Residents
2. Support the First Chef in managing kitchen operations, including food stock and budget management
3. Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
4. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; be aware of signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns
