Responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting for individuals using legal, health, and local government services
  • Ensuring the non-English speaker's understanding after each sentence
  • Conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
  • Dealing with highly confidential information
  • Liaising between the service user and service provider

Requirements include:

  • Fluent in English and another language
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Formal qualifications such as DPSI, Community Interpreting, or a degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages
