Nurse Occupational Health Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Occupational Health Manager to join our team.
About the Position:
• As a key member of our occupational health service, you will be responsible for managing the health and wellbeing of our clients' workforce.
• Your duties will include provision of specialist nursing skills in occupational health delivery, management of ill health and management referrals, immunisation programmes, and health screening and surveillance.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct face-to-face, video, or telephone consultations with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement occupational health strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
• Manage ad hoc occupational health issues and develop health promotion programmes.
• Provide new starter screening and health assessments, as well as conducting workplace assessments and developing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Be on the live register of the NMC.
• Have a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience.
• Hold a driving license and have transport access.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and qualifications.
