About the Role

Hatched Talent is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Broker to join our team. As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will play a crucial role in assessing clients' requirements and providing expert advice and support to secure the best financial solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility to determine the most suitable finance products.
  • Product Analysis: Analyze and compare finance products from various lenders to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with new finance products, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide expert advice.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A proven track record as a Finance Broker, with experience in commercial finance, bridging finance, and development finance.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Comprehensive understanding of finance products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Soft Skills: Quick rapport-building capabilities, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude.
