Job Title: Instore Sales Team Support Specialist

Contract: Permanent Full Time

Location: Bolton

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Instore Sales Team Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will provide daily support to our Instore Sales Field Team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Instore Sales Field Team, including maintaining sales records and creating Period Action Plans.
  • Liaise with our Shopper Team to manage POS Activities and coordinate systems and processes to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Build strong relationships with the Instore Sales and Commercial teams, communicating effectively and providing timely updates.
  • Support the development of our Field Sales Team, providing training and guidance as needed.
