ESOL Instructor

We are seeking a skilled ESOL Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an ESOL Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language teaching sessions to students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual learners
• Assess students' language skills and progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in English language
• Experience in teaching and/or tutoring, with a strong understanding of English language teaching methodologies
