Clarity Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join our client's independent pharmacy in Co. Armagh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the management of the dispensary and a dynamic team of professionals. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy, including regulatory compliance with PSI Obligations and other regulatory bodies. You will also be expected to engage actively with customers to encourage loyalty and confidence in the pharmacy. Key responsibilities include:

* Management of dispensary and team
* Responsible for all operations of the pharmacy
* Regulatory compliance with PSI Obligations and other regulatory bodies
* Engaging with customers to encourage loyalty and confidence

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
* Good time management
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service

In addition, you will need to meet the following requirements:

* Registration with the PSNI
* 3+ years working in Northern Ireland as a pharmacist
* Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
